The Cardboard House Bakery expanded our product line in 1997 to include Hornby Island Pâté. The Pâté comes in two delicious varieties, Red Pepper & Garlic and Herb. This fantastic product has grown in popularity ever since it was launched and is vegetarian, non-dairy and soy free. The Pâté is the one product that the Cardboard House Bakery exports “off-island” and is integral to sustaining our business throughout the winter when the Café and retail outlet is closed.
